Stark Operations Solutions General Computer Warranty :

The Basics :

There are no Refunds. Ever. Once Items are bought and used they cannot be returned.
Other solutions may be possible however.
This warranty will be voided if products fail due to improper use, or lack of maintenance.
Computer software or games used on a machine built or repaired by Stark OS has no warranty by us.

Stark OS will not responsible for loss of time, data, or money due to a part or software failure.

Should another company or person perform any type of additional installation or repair to the computer without our prior knowledge or assistance, all warranties will be voided. We can't guarantee another person's work or ability.

The Nitty Gritty :

1 : All work and products purchased from Stark OS, will be warranted for a period of at least 1 (one) year from the date of purchase, or task completion, unless otherwise stated in Contract or Receipt.

  • Processors and RAM only carry a 30 day warranty due to their delicate nature, Manufacturer warranties may apply.

2 : If a product has a manufacturers defect within its warranty period, Stark OS at its discretion will repair or replace the product with an appropriate replacement part, new or used. Manufacturer warranties may apply.

  • If the original product can no longer be purchased or located for its original purchased value, Stark OS will replace it with a similar product without exceeding the value of the original product.

  • If there is excess cost for a replacement part it will be paid for by the customer.

  • If a storage device fails its replacement may be free, but data replacement or recovery (if possible) may be billable at regular rates.

3 : Stark OS will attempt to provide a spare unit - ie: cdrom, keyboard, monitor - while an item is being replaced or repaired. This may not always be possible however, and is soley at our discretion. Manufacturer pre-replacement warranties may apply.

4 : No charges for labour or service will be billed for replacement installation or removal of defective parts or repair which is performed under warranty. If determined that the failure of the product is not due to Manufacturer defect or error of Stark OS, the client will be billed regular service and repair fees, including, but not limited to; the cost of replacement parts and materials.
Shipping - when needed - will be paid for by the customer. 

5 : Any replacement part from warranty shall carry a new warranty term specified at that time under all the terms stated above.
