Hours of Operations : Regular hours shown, contracted or project hours may differ.

Mon to Fri : 8am-6pm Weekends by Contract/Appointment Warranty Hrs : 24/7

Standard Rates : HST is applicable to all fees, Warranty Support may apply.

Offsite rates have a $10 pickup/delivery fee, no fee for Customer Drop Off/Pick Up.

Email Support : Free 24/5 to answer basic questions, seek advice. May have 12hr turn around.

$50 per topic email - when written tips, tutoring, or repair instructions are required.

Phone Support : Computer, Surveillance, Design

$15 per initial 15 minute call / $15 per additional 15 mins ($60 per hour)

software/virus/network help, surveillance help, equipment questions, design/web help

Computer Equipment and Software support : equipment, software setup/installation/repair

$30 repair estimate fee if applicable

$60/hr on site, $50/hr off site/remote access where available

Computer Networking & Server Support : server, database, network setup/maintenance

$75/hr on site, $65 off site/remote

Data, Password Recovery : there are no guarantees however

$50 diagnosis fee to check viability of lost data / files / password recovery

$100/hr upon approval - DVD(s) of recovered data provided if needed

Surveillance : camera & cable installations, computer/network software setup as required

$60/hr + additional fees (ie: parts, equipment, $10 shop tools fee)

Electronic Part Installations / Repairs : soldering, wiring repairs, (ie: damaged jack in a laptop)

$75/hr + additional fees (ie: parts, equipment, $10 shop tools fee)

Flat rates : Computer and Surveillance, for normal work days and times.

$400 for 8hr week day

$200 fresh install or reinstall of windows / software on a computer/laptop

$300 backup data, reinstall windows / software and restore data

Design : Initial Projects are per contract, additional fees may apply (ie: copyright fees, fonts,etc.)

Hourly fees or Contract applies to recreate/edit original design if not supplied by Client.

Graphic Design : $50/hr - photo editing, changes to ads, flyers, cards, letterheads, etc.

Web Design : $50/hr - editing of pages and photos for updates, uploading files

Holiday, Weekend, or 6pm till 8am Fees : (unless warranty or contracted rates differ)

$30 per initial 15 minute call / $30 per additional 15 mins ($120 per hour)

$120/hr Onsite / $100 Offsite Computer Support ($10 travel fee applies)

$150/hr Server / Networking Support - Data, Password Recovery

$150/hr Surveillance, Electronics Repairs

$100/hr Graphic Design / Web Design

Monthly Computer Support contracts available.

Warranty support may apply 24/7
