On site service is our forté.

Most equipment can be fixed on site within a reasonable time frame,
so basic parts can be brought in to service it immediately.

If the issue is far more complicated,
then the machine can be taken for repairs Off Site at a lower rate
and returned within an estimated time frame.

 Why cheaper off site?

 Half the task might be waiting for to finish an update,
so Off Site we can occupy our time differently.

On Site, well, normally we get conscripted to fix other things in the interim.

Why drive all over to find someone to fix it, when you can have someone come to you and fix it.
You have less wasted time, and other projects you have on the go can get some attention.

Or you get to have an extended lunch break,
head home early... you get the idea.

We'll take care of it while you do important stuff.
